I start the process with a discovery call so I can get a feel for your individual needs, timeline, and specific business goals, as well as the scope of the project, and more importantly, make sure we are a good fit before we start. From there, I create a custom proposal for you to review. If you choose to move forward, I will schedule an online strategy consultation via Zoom.

FAQs
I’m a firm believer that branding is much more than a singular logo, a brand isn’t a logo or a tagline. It is the feeling a customer has about your business, you need brand strategy and supporting design elements to capture what you’re about. For this reason, I don’t offer this service.
I prefer to work work with businesses at the beginning of their vision, I find that designing a website with existing branding is restrictive. All projects for new clients start with a branding consultation.
If for some reason you are still not happy after two rounds of revisions (which, knock on wood hasn’t happened yet!), we will keep on going until you’re happy at my hourly rate.
We go through an in-depth questionnaire and briefing process, in the beginning, to make sure we are on the same page, so 99% of the time 2 refinement rounds are plenty!
Payments are broken into two parts. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid upfront in order to secure your booking, and the final 50% is paid when the project is complete and site is live.
You must have all content necessary for the project ready to go by our agreed-upon start date unless discussed prior. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project to a later date and/or a restart fee.
